From Northampton and North:

Take 1-91 South to second Holyoke exit (rte. 202). Turn LEFT off exit ramp. Go past Yankee Peddlar on left, High School on right, athletic field on right. Turn RIGHT at light immediately after athletic field. Go to third light (High St.) and turn LEFT. Go several blocks to Cabot St. (Store 24 on left) Turn RIGHT onto Cabot St.. Go 2 short blocks to Nick Cosmos Way (formerly Bond St., before railroad bridge). Turn LEFT on Cosmos. We're the first building on the right.

From South Hadley and East:

Take Rte. 116 South to So. Hadley Falls (ignore rte. 202 sign saying "to Holyoke"). When you reach the light beyond this sign, turn (still on 116) into So. Hadley Falls. Go over the bridge, bear right. Go through 2 lights and 1 stop sign. At second stop sign, turn RIGHT onto Appleton St. Go over 2 sets of tracks and take first LEFT (big building on left saying STOREAGE in orange letters) onto NICK COSMOS WAY (formerly Bond St.). Go one block to stop sign. Go through stop sign, we're first building on LEFT.

From Springfield, parts of Chicopee, and south:

from Springfield and south – (take 1-91 to Rte. 391, then follow directions below)
Take Rte. 391 North to Second Holyoke exit (Commercial St.) Go to the very END of Commercial St. (You won't be able to go straight anymore). This will be Cabot St. Take a RIGHT onto Cabot, then an immediate LEFT onto Nick Cosmos Way (formerly Bond St). We're the first building on the right.

Mass Pike:

Get off on exit 6 on mass pike; follows sign 291 to lead to 391. Get off on exit 6 Commercial St. Follow Commercial St all to the way to the end then take a right and left and you will se the Club one you take that left.

Drop-In Teen Membership Program

The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Holyoke invites youth between the ages of 13 and 18 to our Teen Membership Program. The Program is a Drop-In Program which runs Tuesday through Thursday from 6pm - 9pm and all activities occur at 70 Nick Cosmos Way, Holyoke MA 01040. Transportation is provided at select locations around in Holyoke. The cost of the program is $25, payable over the course of the year.

Program activities:

Recreation: Games, Arts & Crafts
Education & Career: Help youth create aspirations for the future, providing opportunities for career exploration and educational enhancement. We provide our members with homework help, reading club, college discussions and visits.
Swimming: Open swim, pool volleyball, pool basketball, seasonal kayaking and scuba-diving program
Sports: Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, Non-Contact Boxing, Rock Climbing, Ping Pong and Pool
Technology: Computer Graphics, Video Production, Digital Photography, xBOX & Playstation
The Arts: Dance classes, Theater Groups
Career Exploration: Resume Writing, Job Interviews, Internships, College Tours and much more!
Leadership Clubs: Torch Club, Keystone Club

Program Focus On Character & Leadership...

Helping youth become responsible, caring citizens and acquire skills for participating in the democratic process is the main thrust of these programs. They also develop leadership skills and provide opportunities for planning, decision-making, contributing to Club and community.

Boys & Girls Clubs are a safe place to learn and grow
all while having fun. It is the place where great futures are started each and every day.

School-Aged Childcare Program

During the 2022-2023 academic school year, has launched a new full-day child care and learning pod program where a designated group of kids can safely access computers and support services from Club staff, all while learning, building lasting friendships, and playing at a distance from each other. Club staff provide social, emotional and learning support throughout the virtual school day. At the completion of their remote school day, all youth transition to traditional Boys & Girls Club afterschool programming and enrichment activities in the afternoon. All youth enrolled in the program receive breakfast, lunch and a snack.

This program takes place at 70 Nick Cosmos Way. It serves children who enrolled in kindergarten through 13 years old. Children's parents must be working or enrolled in a qualified training program. The program operates after school and all day on school closings, vacation days, and throughout the summer.

School-Aged Childcare Program

The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Holyoke offers a School-Aged Childcare Program year-round. This program takes place at 70 Nick Cosmos Way. It serves youth who are between the ages of 6 and 13 and are in at least the first grade. Children's parents must be working or enrolled in a qualified training program. The program operates every afternoon after school, and all day on school closing and vacation days.

Membership Program

The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Holyoke serves youth between the ages of 6 and 18 in our Membership program. Our Membership Program is a Drop-In Program which runs in the evening. It takes place at 70 Nick Cosmos Way. The Membership fee is $25, payable over the course of the year.

Satellite Units

The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Holyoke is proud to operate satellite units in several Holyoke Housing Authority communities: The Toepfert Apartments, Lyman Terrace, Beaudoin Village, and the Churchill Homes. These units enable the Club to serve children where they are … in their neighborhoods.
